WELLINGTON MANAGEMENT TO RELOCATE TO SYDNEY PLACE
Sydney headquarters to relocate to the new landmark Sydney Place development at 180 George Street, set to be completed later this year.
Global investment firm, Wellington Management, will relocate its Sydney headquarters to 180 George Street within Lendlease’s Sydney Place development.
Wellington Management is a trusted advisor to investors worldwide and will join a growing list of global companies including Salesforce and JLL at 180 George Street.
Wellington will occupy c. 920sqm on level 30 of the tower, following a relocation from Deutsche Bank Place at 126 Phillip Street.
