As Property Service Supervisor, Brad Um’s work happens mostly behind the scenes. He oversees maintenance, manages compliance and makes sure everything in the building runs smoothly. But for Brad, it’s not just about the systems or the schedules. It’s about the people.
He believes that when a Workplace runs well, it gives customers the freedom to focus on what they do best. He’s hands-on, visible and always ready to lend a hand, building real connections with contractors and tenants alike. Brad joined the Building Management team in 2023 and has loved seeing the community come to life. Every day he watches people from different organisations greeting each other, sharing laughs and forming friendships that stretch beyond office walls.
He also loves being part of Circular Quay, where transport is easy and the city feels close at hand. With buses, trains, ferries and walking routes all nearby, it takes a little stress out of the morning, making it easier for everyone to start their day in a good mood.
