Salesforce Tower is awarded SmartScore Platinum
The first SmartScore Platinum building in Sydney!
Salesforce Tower at Sydney Place has recently achieved a Platinum SmartScore rating, the first building in Sydney.
The SmartScore rating is the global standard for smart buildings, helping landlords and developers build cutting-edge smart buildings that deliver:
- exceptional user experiences
- increased cost efficiency
- high sustainability standards
- increased value to an asset
The accreditation was created in collaboration with the owners and users of the world’s most advanced properties and in partnership with the WiredScore Smart Council. The criteria and standards outline how properties can be certified smart and helps to navigate the complex new world of smart buildings.
This certification follows from the WiredScore certification, which the building was pre-certified Platinum during the design and construction phase for digital connectivity and smart technology.
