A special snacks menu will be available at Bistro George for lunch and dinner throughout Vivid. The menu includes vongole frites; the Bistro George squish cheeseburger; chicken nuggets with hot sauce, sauce au poivre and caviar; and sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and koji ice cream.
Head chef Steven Sinclair is bringing back his take on the Irish classic, the spice bag, which will be available evenings only, seven days a week throughout Vivid - perfectly paired with a pint of Guinness. The spice bag includes crispy chicken schnitzel, pepper and chilli chips, onions and peppers. Live music and DJ programming will also run throughout the Rooftop and Public Bar during Vivid.
